Do I have to become a member to use the service?
No. You do not have to become a member or to subscribe to the service. You only select the data you are interested in and you only pay for that data. There are no recurring fees.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. You may request an invoice by going to our contact page. Please enter your name, email address and company information and you will receive the invoice in no time.
Can I cancel my order?
Because the service is digital and the product downloadable, we cannot except returns. Therefore, all orders are final.
I found a mistake. What do I do?
There is a lot of turnover in the media industry. A journalist may have left since you purchased your beauty editors list. If you find a mistake, within 30 days of purchase, please contact us. We will look for the journalist’s new contact information for you.
Are there bloggers and influencers in the database?
We have only listed beauty editors and journalists from print and online media. Bloggers tend to be niche specific. We did not feel it fair to include them as they may not be relevant specifically to you.
